Clear answers about number type, rental access, SMS delivery, reuse, payments, and API access.
A non-VoIP US number is a United States phone number that carrier or line-type data identifies as a mobile line rather than a VoIP line. That classification does not guarantee that every website will accept the number or send an SMS.
Available numbers are supplied through third-party number networks and presented using the service, country, and line information available to NonVoipUsNumber. Availability, line classification, and third-party acceptance can change, so no verification result is guaranteed.
Short-term numbers are intended for one brief receiving workflow. Depending on the listed service and live stock, 1-day and 30-day rentals may also be available. Access lasts only for the displayed order or rental period, and renewal is available only when the dashboard offers it.
Confirm that you used the latest message received for the correct active order. If multiple codes were requested, an earlier code may no longer be valid. Contact support with the order ID and service name if the problem continues; the third-party service controls code validity.
Reuse or re-rent is not guaranteed. If a completed order shows an eligible reuse action, use it promptly; availability depends on the rental state, provider support, inventory, and selected service. A successful reuse can create a new charge.
Available deposit methods are shown on the account deposit page and can change. Review the selected coin, network, minimum deposit, and displayed payment instructions before sending funds.
The third-party website controls number acceptance and account eligibility. Recheck the selected service, country, phone format, and active order state, follow that website's rules, and contact support for an order-side issue. NonVoipUsNumber cannot override a third-party verification decision.
Resellers can use the documented API for supported product, order, SMS, renewal, reuse, rejection, balance, and callback workflows. Review the API documentation and contact support before building a production integration.
Availability is limited to services currently listed. Use a Not Listed or Other option only when it is offered and its terms match the intended service; otherwise contact support rather than ordering an unrelated product.
An active rental is assigned to the customer for the displayed rental period. Permanent ownership is not included, and a number may be returned to supplier inventory or reassigned after access ends. Remove a temporary number from account recovery before it expires.
